I can call up during normal business hours and reach someone if I require assistance. Their staff were immediately available to assist me. The aircraft are maintained in excellent condition constantly, making me feel secure flying them, and if there are any concerns, someone informs me. They are kept tidy and current. I have never encountered a significant problem with any of their fleet. Generally, superb service!

We found ourselves stranded here in -20° temperatures after experiencing a hung start in our BE20.
