Flew in and stayed two nights in town. Was treated with the best service I could ask for. Borrowed the crew car to get into town. I wish all FBOs ran with this much customer service. Looks like it’s a family run business and each of them were awesome!!

Decent, clean, small FBO. Self-serve fuel worked great. Had a good lunch at Ellie’s, parked right outside the door on the transient ramp.

Fuel island always gives me connection issues

Call ahead for jet fuel - due to staffing difficulties they cannot staff a line service person to operate the jet truck and the FBO personnel are not trained to operate it. When we arrived, the only person working was out flying so it took an hour to find out they needed another hour to locate someone to fuel our aircraft. They suggested, “You should go to Harvey Field, they have self serve Jet”.

Call ahead for Jet A and courtesy car.

Company does not update the fuel prices on FF or other web services. Often a shock when I arrive that they changed the price again without advertising. Once you fly in, you frequently have no choice. Unsure if this is a marketing plan or simply an oversight.
