I had to divert today due to bad weather and ended up at KAUG. I was greeted by a friendly voice on the radio who helped me get parked, and fueled. He then went out of his way to help me secure a rental car by giving me all of the options and even calling managers that he knew himself when everything was sold out. What a fantastic experience. Amos went above and beyond and saved our weekend from disaster. Kind, professional, knowledgeable, and a pilot himself too. Thank you Amos!

Maine Instrument Flight is open 0700-1900

Flew in for the weekend and had a very pleasant experience. Line staff met us on the ramp, directed us to parking, and brought the rental car (arranged via Enterprise) right to the aircraft side. Prices for Avgas were reasonable.

No crew car, staff not very helpful. No Uber even if the front desk says they are available, do not listen. Small angry man (Michael) behind the desk (CSR). Supervise your fueling if you want to ensure it is actually completed. Ramp area is quite tight, and Hertz car rental is across the parking lot in the Cape Air terminal which closes at 5pm. If you are coming here, best of luck.
