May 5, 2025Mother flying solo with two kids... I arrived just under 10 minutes late for their 2-hour pilot car reservation ($25 charge) and was reprimanded intensely. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. This was the most unfriendly and unhelpful experience I have ever encountered at any FBO in the Midwest. A formerly excellent family-owned FBO that has unfortunately gone sour.... SAD!
