A big thank you to J.A. We landed with a turbo commander and had a flat tire. They were able to pull us off the runway with two tugs. I appreciate the creative solution and stepping up to the challenge. They did a phenomenal job on a very cold day.

Very friendly employees and fast service. Parking under the canopy lets you escape the weather.

This was a fuel stop for me. Straightforward in and straightforward out. The service was quick and the personnel were welcoming. Inside they feature a vending machine for Lou Malnati's pizza.

Dangerous practices. Confused us when taxing to ramp, flagging us to go to them when scheduled to work with REVV aviation. When returning to plane on tie downs, a JA employee was driving a truck way beyond safe speed on the ramp near us.

Fantastic flight training here. Currently working on my Instrument Rating and Ben is a great CFII. Excited to continue my flight training here all the way through Commercial, CFI and beyond.

LOVE JA AIR CENTER! I am here 8-12 times a year and they always take such good care of the plane, my passengers and me. Shalene, Randy and Al always greet me by my name on arrival and really make us feel like part of the family. Service department fixed a dead Hobbs meter on the way up this trip, getting it done in time for me to keep my scheduled departure (thank you Paul and Bruce). One of THE BEST in the country. No reason to go anywhere else.
