Rude unless you're Restoration Hardware with their 100M $ jet. FYI. This FBO is owned by non US company. We fly to KAPC about once a month. Parked in transient because no line personnel were outside on the FBO ramp. Walked over to Sky Service FBO to ask to get topped off with fuel, and a lineman came running out and informed us we couldn't enter the building. We fly monthly to KAPC, for about 5 years now. Previously we've used Atlantic FBO for fuel and to rent cars. We plan to keep doing that.

I have been flying to Napa for years and this FBO is a superb addition to the field. We flew in a 182, called ahead with an arrival reservation, and the follow me cart was waiting for us on the taxi way. They parked us right up front with the big guys and left us there while we went into town for lunch. The team was fantastic and very professional. The building is beautiful. Highly recommend this FBO.
