I wasn't expecting much from a big Class C FBO beyond a bunch of fees, but I am happy to report I was mistaken. This is truly the finest Million Air I've ever visited, and somehow they also offer some of the best fuel prices nearby. They even put my grubby little piston single into the hangar overnight for zero extra cost due to high winds. Superb service, fair prices, and nice cookies besides. Makes me want to schedule another trip to NY so I can stop here again.

26 Nov 25/1545. Above average service. Arrived Turkey Day Eve. Staff was very helpful before trip with car and hangar request. Lucy got us parked on the line. Super nice & professional! Ryan had the car right after we parked and helped with the bags. Lady at the desk was super kind, got us checked in and had treats for the pup. M.A. ALB treats you right and should be the standard others strive for. They will be our stop when we come back for the Races. Thank you for being so great!

Made me feel like a king in a Cessna 172. Only stayed for an hour, but everyone treated me with much respect and were very helpful. Courtesy cars available for up to 2 hours. 100LL quite cheap for a relatively busy class C. Will certainly be back if I'm in the area.

I have been here this year more times than I can count. I cannot say enough good things about the service here. Affordable fuel, cookies, snacks, and drinks. I've always been treated like royalty arriving in a single engine piston. The crew here are amazingly professional and kind. They treat you like family. As a survey pilot who has been all over and generally doesn't like chain FBO's, this is in my top 2 favorite FBO's.
