Full service (at least for piston aircraft, unsure on turbines), no fuss place with decent fuel prices and the nicest people. Not sure I'd call it a "restaurant" but you can sit down and have a very good, individually made meal. My usual passenger is a fussy eater feared by restaurants across the Front Range and she didn't even faze them. A&P and IA on the premises. Busy aircraft paint shop further up the field. Well equipped Prop shop and I don't know what else here too.

Ditto the other comments. Good stop before or after Rockies. Italian restaurant hits the spot for a lunch break. Fuel at 100LL reasonably priced. Everyone helpful and pleasant. I'll be back!

Great guys here at Hayes Aviation! Call ahead and they make some very good pizza for you and have it waiting—highly recommend.

Excellent pizza and the deal cannot be beaten! We call 20 minutes out and pizzas are ready for us on landing!

Diverted here after a long day flying. Five hours after eating a vending machine lunch I walked in to the FBO and immediately smelled fresh pizza. After confirming it was not a mirage I ordered a fresh calzone while waiting out the storm. SS service was convenient and affordable. I was offered a crew car and hotel. Really a wonderful place to stop! Thank you Gordon and crew!

This was my initial landing at AKO and at an FBO generally. Called ahead the prior day and was welcomed and guaranteed of no charges or unique processes. Staff proved very cordial and supportive and the Pizza eatery inside the FBO was modest yet tasty and quick. 10/10 would suggest and will certainly return, superb service, wonderful staff, excellent cuisine.
