Very enjoyable experience! Fair prices, excellent customer service, beautiful amenities, and me and my 172 are flying out like kings. Gracie at the front desk was very helpful with the scheduling process and led me through everything I needed to know for my first time being there overnight.

Without coordination I flew in to KADS, used Million Air. Excellent service, fueled same day, nice and clean facilities, snacks, sodas and water available, parked on ramp for 3 days with no fees with purchase of 20 gallons 100LL. Highly recommend!

Treated very nicely for my little single-engine piston, attending a meeting at their facility. Did not purchase fuel, so incurred a $50 ramp fee. Unsure if they waive that fee with fuel purchase.

Last 2 times i used this facility it was the worst customer service of any Million Air FBO i have ever visited. I will move my business to another FBO on my next visit. CAA or not just terrible service. Arrived at 10:00 AM and ordered 250 gallons of fuel for a 1300 departure. Due to a previous problem with them i ask that they fuel the airplane ASAP. I enquired with the very nice CSR 3 times. Still no fuel. Finally asked for the manager and they started fueling at 6 minutes before departure.

This FBO establishes the benchmark for quality. From the second you pull up, the attentive ground support, professional and welcoming CSRs, and hands-on management ensure a smooth operation. The facility itself is superb, and well-equipped for both passengers and crew. In an industry where quality can vary, this FBO is reliably top-tier. It's our preferred stop whenever we are flying into the Dallas area.
