Flew in here on a Tuesday to pick up a coworker. Landed, staff chocked the aircraft. Went inside and was charged $30 ish. Was a little unexpected due to the invoice being for a handling fee. Came back to drop off, declined chocks, tie downs, and gas. Wasn't even marshaled. Same handling fee. Asked why I wasn't being charged the landing + infrastructure fee (I expected this) about 11$. Was told it was signature policy. Gas is over 7$ a gallon. Nice folks, easy parking, a little annoying FBO fees.

Great fellow, bottle of water and snacks available. Also clean restrooms and mouthwash.

Excellent fast service. Clean office, overnight tie down is quite reasonable.

Professional staff, was able to get the complementary crew car for 2 hours, paid $60.90 for a single engine light sport plane (didn't refuel)

Flew into KACY and Signature yesterday for the first time and couldn't ask for more professional and polite staff, from the guys on the line to the receptionist and manager. We flew in a rescue dog from KILM and the staff not only waived fees but helped us get food before we headed back south. My wife and I will definitely be returning when we have more time and we look forward to seeing the crew at Signature again. Thanks for everything!! Tower and ground also super professional.
