They charged me $20 to pick up a patient for an Angel Flight. Really? You're charging volunteer pilots and plane owners who are conducting charity flights?

Charged $20 facility fee for a C172, even got 12 gallons of fuel and still was charged. Was doing a quick turnaround for Pilots N Paws

Stopped here as a drop off point for an Angel Flight. Disappointed that the FBO charged a $30 ramp fee for a charity flight. I have flown several Angel Flights and this is the first time I've had to pay a ramp fee. I guess charity work isn't always appreciated. :(

Pleasant location for an overnight stop. Good facilities available. The ground crew was very helpful. I was en route to Oshkosh on my initial long cross-country flight. I did realize that going forward, if I require a rental car for a day or so during a stopover, I must book one in advance. Luckily, my lodging was only about a fifteen to twenty minute walk away.

Excellent place to stop with wonderful staff! Parked at the incorrect FBO and staff drove the crew car to us and repositioned the Archer for us. Very kind! They maintain several crew cars. They treat GA traffic just like we were charter.

Excellent facilities, used the courtesy car to travel to the Textron Aviation gift shop. Returned it and let the aircraft stay overnight. Next morning even offered to tow the aircraft from overnight parking!

I echo the comments above. Efficient, helpful staff and excellent facilities.
