Signature Aviation F45 Pilot Reviews

Had to divert to F45 because of the weather. Really accommodating and nice people there. They waived the fees because of the bad weather.

Flew my Bonanza in for four nights. I was treated well. The aircraft was fueled as requested and prepared for my departure. Many students were in the traffic pattern upon arrival. I opted for a longer, slow, straight-in approach behind other traffic, but a Cirrus cut in front of me at the last moment, making me execute a go-around, even though I announced my position during the approach. There was no guidance on where to park. I selected a location out of the way that had tie-downs. I was then confronted by the flight club for utilizing their space.

Good stop but many students in the pattern. I waited around for passenger pickup. A very small facility for Signature but the staff at the counter are super friendly. The lineman gave me a look for parking the Cirrus on the jet-line, but they did not answer on any of my 3 attempts on 131.25. A $20 tip later and he said it was all fine and that he was looking behind me. Crew car no problem for a couple of hours and lots of TV to watch in the small pilot lounge. Standard excellent Lavazza coffee.

Stopped in over thanksgiving for 3 nights in a C172. Huge ramp space, nobody greeted me at the aircraft or anything. Upon walking inside I was told there is a $30 fee waived with fuel, an $8 fee for something else, and $38 per night. I would assume these rates are better than flying into PBI, but $38 per night for a 172 is excessive.

Two nights tie down, 25 gallons fuel for my C172, $276- Call ahead and ask about fees.
