The fees shown in FF are not exactly what they are. Parking fee for SR22T was $150 for three hours—be aware.

Called today Oct 4, nightly fee is $125 for a 182.

Pilots beware, despite mention in Fees, I was charged 275$ for my SR22 G2, last weekend for a two night stay. I had purchased 30 gallons to wave a night. I was told by the counter girl that this fee is for any plane over 4,000 kg.... A Cirrus weight 1,500 kg. Had I known before I would never have left my airplane at this FBO. My flight was purely personal to compete in a local event. I think and consider that it is totally unfair for general aviation to trap pilots visitors like that.

Landed here with my Cirrus SR22 with kids to visit Trenton museum and was pretty shocked with the prices. A 3 hour stay costed me 150$ and there was no crew car, so I had to arrange a rental. The receptionist informed me that since my aircraft is over 3000 lb weight, the cost is what it is. I was shocked as I have never paid this amount even at Miami international. The staff there are good, but the management and pricing structure are not fair. And I see with the comments that I'm not the first one experiencing this. Be aware!!!
