Drove out there from Racine to check it out after KRAC added $210 on to my bill for parking! Talked to the manager, he said they don’t charge for tie down. The Airport is along I94 (15 min drive to Racine) the tie downs are well lit but no security. He said they have never had an issue with security. Feels like a sleeping little country airport. Self serve fuel pumps.
