I rarely leave feedback but today this really annoyed me. Landed in a Pilatus PC-12NG at 0750am. Their official opening time is 0800. I purchased $2000 of jet fuel and was then assessed an extra $200 after-hours charge since they assisted me before 8 o'clock. If this policy had been clearly stated before fueling, I would have happily paid the $200 and gotten fuel at another location. I will not be stopping here again.

Came in January in a Falcon 900LX. Excellent service. Nice FBO. Wonderful staff.

They finally got self-serve, but it is only available during business hours.

NO Self service is available. Management made the independent supplier leave the airport.

Sky-Blue Aviation is the county run FBO at 3J1. The management is rude & difficult. They will not allow piston aircraft to be tied-down on the ramp if you are transient, and they do not offer 24 hour self serve. They offer full service fuel, but the hours are sporadic & they request you give them a 24 hour notice of your arrival for fuel. I recommend going elsewhere for a more hassle free service.

Fuel pumps have been non-operational for two weeks.
