Came in today and service was awesome. Forgot my wallet at home and staff went above and beyond to help me get fuel so I could get back home. Highly recommend using AMS.

Came in for a quick gas and go. Busy traffic pattern because of the locally based flight school, but fuel was much less expensive than other Pensacola area options and the flight school representative was helpful. Overall, a good experience.

Free parking is available on the east ramp.

Terrible FBO. They told me I could not reserve a courtesy car ahead of time, and then upon arrival, they stated I needed to reserve the car 24 hours in advance. The best part was when I arrived, there were two parking spots available, and the ramp guy came out rolling his eyes and flailing his arms, trying to indicate I needed to park at the flight school across the airport, which doesn't appear on the taxi diagram. I would never return here unless it was absolutely required.

The FBO located on the west side (Aviation Management Services) is the most subpar FBO I have ever used. It hosts a flight school that focuses on DOD contracts, and that appears to be their sole concern. Extremely limited tie-down areas and personnel (if you manage to locate someone) who seem indifferent. The other FBO on the east side would present a superior choice.
