Unattended but called ahead and friendly staff that also manages nearby General Dewitt Spain (M01). All the transient parking spots had tie down ropes in good condition.

New terminal building about to begin construction (early-mid 2024). The existing terminal is open around the clock. Fuel is self-serve and generally priced well. Lots of tie downs available, though many lack ropes. A wonderful community of pilots considers this airport their home base.

Be advised this airport is UNATTENDED, despite what the hours of operations show, and there are no maintenance facilities. The restrooms and pilots lounge are rudimentary at best. There is a vending machine with limited snacks and drinks. Since it is unattended, I’m not sure about access to the courtesy car. It is, however, a cheap and quick self serve fuel stop. Fuel prices have always been well below national average. For 100LL, park on the south side of the pump, which is located directly in front of the main building.
