Cold temperature airport. altitude correction required at or below -19c.

Runway 17 Controlling Object Clearance Slope: Clnc slp 0:1 to runway 17 dthr due to 6 ft fence on 6 ft hill, 240 ft left of centerlines.
Runway 17 Controlling Object Description: 52 ft tree, 1125 ft from dthr, 250 ft left, obstn clnc slp 17:1.
Runway 35 Controlling Object Description: 160 ft tree, 1200 ft from dthr, 140 ft left. obstn clnc slp 15:1.
UNICOM Frequency: UNICOM base stn not manned consly.
