APT Lighting Schedule: Actvt malsr runway 27; reil runway 09, 18 & 36; vasi runway 09 & 36; papi runway 18 & 27 - CTAF. when atct closed hirl runway 09/27; mirl runway 18/36 preset low intensity; incr intensity - CTAF.

For cd when atct closed, contact south bend atct on freq. when south bend atct closed, contact chicago artcc at 630-906-8921.
Runway 08/26: Vfr operations drg atct hours only.
Runway 08 Markings: White corner mkrs.
Runway 18 Markings: Faded.
Runway 36 obstruction close in: 7 ft brush left & right of centerlines 100 ft from threshold.
Runway 36 Visual Glide Slope iIndicators: Vasi unusable 7 deg left & right of centerlines.
