APT Lighting Schedule: Actvt reil runway 22 & mirl runway 04/22 - CTAF. papi runway 04 & 22 oprs consly.
Aux pwr units are not to be started until thirty mins prior to planned takeoff time. aux pwr units oprg beyond thirty mins will be chrgd $100 per ten mins.
